Hi, welcome to TwelveXII! My name is Rox - short for Roxann and as a woman and a mom, I know what it feels like to watch your body change and have to learn how to feel comfortable in it again. In 2026, I made a commitment to take care of my body and mind. Becoming a mom brought a completely different kind of change — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

After having my son on December 12, I realized that getting back to “me” wasn’t about getting my old body back. It was about learning to appreciate the woman I had become, while still giving myself permission to grow, change, and work toward becoming stronger. 

Changing your lifestyle isn’t always easy. Some days you feel confident, motivated, and proud of yourself. Other days, simply showing up is enough. 

That is what inspired TwelveXII.

TwelveXII was created for women in every season — the mom finding herself again, the woman starting over, the woman working toward a goal, and the woman learning to love herself exactly where she is.

TwelveXII is more than becoming a different version of yourself. It’s about embracing who you are now while continuing to grow into who you’re meant to be.
